Every shiftswap subscription — monthly or yearly — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you're first charged. If the board doesn't earn its $12, ask and you get it back. No forms, no exit interview, no hard feelings.
How to get one
File a support ticket from the Contact page (or reply to an existing one) and say you'd like a refund. We confirm within 2 business days. Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your receipt, so Lemon Squeezy issues the refund back to your original payment method once it's approved here.
Cancelling instead
Rather leave quietly? Managers cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing, in two clicks. Cancellation stops the next charge; the board keeps working until the paid period ends. No refund is owed for time already used — the guarantee above is the exception, not the rule.
EU, UK and other withdrawal rights
If consumer law where you live gives you a withdrawal window (for example 14 days in the EU/UK), those rights apply on top of this policy and nothing here takes them away. Using the paid board during the trial or after purchase doesn't waive them.
Complaints
Complain the same way you ask for anything: a support ticket. Expect a human reply within 2 business days and a resolution — or a clear explanation — within 7. If we can't settle it, you may take the complaint to the relevant trade ombudsman or consumer body in your country.
